MDFSupplies is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by MDFSupplies. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within 4-7 days after the order is dispatched. 

MDFSupplies is not accountable for shipment damage/shipment loss due to third party factors relating to the courier partner. In case if a shipment gets lost due to third party factors, MDFSupplies would only be providing a partial refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. MDF Supplies will not be responsible if a Customs Duty is levied on the goods when shipped/imported to a country outside India.

In case an order gets RTO-ed due to lockdown, incorrect delivery address or any third party factors, the customer would have to bear the shipping charges again to ensure delivery of their order.

No exchange/return. All our shipments undergo double-checking during packaging and even before dispatch. 

We strongly recommend you shoot a video while you unbox your package as we have at many times encountered customers who put forward false claims of missing items.

In case of any issue, you need to get in touch with us within 24 - 48 hrs of the delivery. Queries received after that will not be entertained. Cancellations due to bad buying decisions are not allowed.

Replacement/Return/Refund is done only in case of a manufacturing defect. It will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Before confirming a return/exchange, we would strictly require proof of defect in the product in the form of an unboxing video, while the product is still in its original packaging, in the absence of which such claims will not be entertained.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note it that may take longer for your bank to reflect the balance amount in your account.

Products on sale/discount are not liable for return or replacement of any kind.

In case the product you want to replace is out of stock/missing in your delivered order, we will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased. The credit note will be sent to you and can be used to purchase anything of that value from us within three months from the date of delivery.

Please note MDFSupplies is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns due to bad buying decisions are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

NOTE: ORDERS ONCE PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Workshops/Service bookings are non-refundable once booked. Rescheduling of the workshop is entertained if due to emergency reasons only, and is permissible within a maximum of 180 days from the date of booking. Group workshops are liable to reschedule depending on the circumstances. 

International shipping for workshop bookings takes 15-25 days to get delivered based on country. 

MDFSupplies holds the right to the final decision-making in any kind of dispute.
