Internships
Digital Marketing Intern

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Working to refine social media strategies and best practices.

Working on Instagram/ Facebook ads, and Google ads.

Working on search engine optimization.
-
Creating content for social media.
-
Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through different social media channels.

Preparing weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns/projects.
-
Keeping up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapting accordingly.
-
Identifying leaders and influencers and engaging them in brand activities.
-
Assisting with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed.
-
Working on competitive analysis for other popular brands in our sector.

Working to create stunning content and showcase the brand narrative.

Business Operations Intern
​
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

The sole point of contact in building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs/ franchisees for generating business opportunities.
-
Educating members about TheDiYLane.com and managing 100-200 business accounts.
-
Working in close interface with the finance, product, and marketing team to build better processes, products, and reach, respectively.
-
Healthy retention of franchisees while growing the volume of franchisee business through on-site/online marketing.
-
Ensuring customer delight while managing grievances related to payments, services, products, etc.
-
Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
-
Hosting country-wide offline and online events & meet-ups of members from time to time.

Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
-
Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages.
-
Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
-
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
-
Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
-
Report to upper management on stock levels, issues, etc.

Maintain proper inventory levels
